The Guava Room is our smallest and least expensive. It is a bedroom with a private bathroom. The Guava Room has a private entrance with easy access to the main house’s lanai.

Breakfast is provided in your room in baskets of breads, muffins, fruits, snacks, cereals, and other breakfast items. Your refrigerator is stocked with cold delights such as cut fruit, condiments, juice and breakfast beverages. The room has a coffee pot. The upper lanai is open all day, with coffee always ready for a relaxing break in the day.
Eva is here and happy to assist you in reserving activities on the island commission free. Guest share in the amenities of the property giving guests free local and international phone calls, free parking, free use of washer and dryer, free use of beach equipment such as boogie boards, coolers, beach mats, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs.
