Our favorite walk from Maui What A Wonderful World, B&B to our favorite South Maui beach
Jim and I take this walk on a daily basis from our bed and breakfast home to Keawakapu Beach. On the way to Keawakapu Beach you will be walking from our B&B through a typical South Maui neighborhood.
This South Maui Beach is perfect for snorkeling, boogie boarding on occasion and great for paddle boarding.
Most of the amenities you could hope for on a beach are offered here. Our Maui Bed and Breakfast provides you with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, and floating noodles for your convenience. You can rent stand up paddle boards (SUP), snorkel gear, bikes, and surfboards at this beach which as you can see is a short 15-17 minute walk from your accommodations at Maui What A Wonderful World, Bed and Breakfast.
Zack’s store offers quick and easy snacks, cold drinks, and convenience items while Five Palms offers sit down dining and Patio seating.
For fine dining with a romantic setting on Keawakapu Beach, Sarrento’s opens to the white sands of the beach offering gorgeous views of beautiful South Maui sunsets.
This is a great walk after your free continental breakfast you will feast on at our Maui Bed and Breakfast.

Paia Fish Market has been offering a delicious meal to everyone for a long time. Unfortunately, for our guests here at Maui What A wonderful World, Bed and Breakfast, as well as the two of us, it was quite a drive to dine in Paia. Fortunately, Paia Fish Market South Side opened on South Kihei Road about a year ago. The 7 minute drive makes this meal very attainable.
Although the usual long lines keep some of our Maui bed and breakfast guests from venturing in, once inside your realized the ordering is quick, easy and efficient. Once you order at the counter, your meal is delivered to your table.
It is usually pretty busy, so we suggest as one person order, while the others in your party find a table. There is plenty of shaded covered seating. If you prefer, you can sit completely outside under the sun umbrellas
One of our favorites is the seafood salad made with either greens are caesar style.
